Privacy Policy

Tracky is a personal planning workspace. This policy explains the information needed to provide the service and the choices available to public beta users.

Last updated: 27 October 2026

Information Tracky handles

Tracky stores the workspace content you choose to create, including areas, projects, tasks, notes, subtasks, dates, schedules, preferences and settings.

When you sign in, Tracky also handles basic account information supplied by the sign-in provider, such as your name, email address and account identifier.

How it is used

We use this information to provide and sync your workspace, maintain account security, show your plan and usage, and improve the reliability of Tracky.

If you send feedback, a bug report or an idea through Tracky, we store the message with your account so the Tracky team can review and respond to product issues.

If you choose to use Plan with AI, the information relevant to your request may be sent to Tracky's AI service provider to generate a planning response. AI suggestions remain reviewable before they are added to your workspace.

Optional Google connections

If you choose to connect Google Calendar or Gmail, Tracky may read the calendar event or email details you authorise in order to identify possible tasks, projects, areas, dates and schedule commitments. Tracky shows these as suggestions for your review; it does not automatically create work, reserve time or send messages.

You can dismiss a suggestion or tell Tracky to ignore similar future emails or calendar items. Connection access can be removed, and connected-source suggestions remain private to the signed-in account that authorised them.

Connection tokens are stored server-side and are not made available to your browser. We minimise retained source content to what is needed to display and review a suggestion.

Storage and sharing

Your workspace is intended to be private to your signed-in account. We do not sell your personal information or make your tasks and notes public.

Tracky uses carefully selected cloud providers for hosting, authentication, data storage and AI processing. Information may be disclosed where required by law or when necessary to protect Tracky, its users or the service.

Your choices

You can update or remove workspace content from Tracky. You can permanently delete your Tracky account and its associated workspace from Account settings. This does not delete your Google account.

For privacy or account questions, contact us at info@tailrdesign.com. We may revise this policy as Tracky develops. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.
