Tracky legal
Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Tracky during its public beta and help keep the workspace useful and safe for everyone testing it.
Last updated: 27 October 2026
Using Tracky
Use Tracky only for lawful purposes and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for the content you add and for activity carried out through your account.
Tracky is a planning tool. It does not guarantee that tasks, schedules, reminders or AI suggestions are complete, accurate or suitable for a particular decision.
Beta service
Tracky is being tested and may change, pause or contain faults. Please keep copies of important information elsewhere while the beta is running.
Features may be adjusted or removed as we learn from testing. We will communicate material account or pricing changes before they take effect.
AI planning
Plan with AI is optional. You remain responsible for reviewing suggestions before acting on them or adding them to your workspace.
Do not submit information you are not entitled to share or information that should not be processed by an AI service.
Connected services
Google Calendar and Gmail connections are optional. If you authorise one, Tracky may analyse the permitted information to surface planning suggestions. You remain in control of whether a suggestion becomes a task, project, area or schedule block.
You are responsible for ensuring that you are permitted to connect the account and share its content with Tracky. You can remove a connection at any time.
Access and changes
We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect Tracky, its users or the service. You may stop using Tracky at any time.
For questions about these terms, contact info@tailrdesign.com. These terms may be updated as Tracky moves beyond beta. Continued use after a meaningful update will be subject to the revised terms.
